The Journaling Experience

Before you begin writing, take a moment to sit in the present moment. Activate your higher self. As you begin to journal, use this time to have a conversation with your energy. Every word and emotion on these pages carries a frequency.

1. Intentional Atmosphere

While it isn't necessary, we encourage you to light a candle. Play the playlist we have below. Sip hot tea while you journal. Or do all three! Your surroundings influence your vibration and the calmer the space, the higher your frequency. Before journaling, close your eyes and take three slow, deep breaths. With each inhale, think: “I am open.”

2. Alchemize Your Energy

Let your pen move without filtering or fixing. The words that pour out first are the most honest; the ones that follow are the most healing. If you feel resistance (judgment, comparison, fear, etc.) just pause, breathe, and say: “This has a purpose.”
