Most women don't need more information about money.

They need greater confidence in their decisions. Thryve was created to close the gap between what women know and what they actually feel empowered to do.

We believe financial freedom begins long before someone invests their first dollar.

Most people don't struggle with money because they lack intelligence. They struggle because fear, uncertainty, overwhelm, shame, and old beliefs quietly influence the decisions they make every day.

At Thryve, we help women recognize those patterns, understand them, and build the self-trust needed to make empowered financial decisions.

We call this Economic Agency.

Economic agency is the confidence to know that no matter what life brings, you can make thoughtful decisions that move your life forward.

We don't simply teach people what to do with money. We teach them how to become the kind of person who can consistently choose to make beneficial financial decisions. Because when you change the person making the decisions everything else begins to change too.

The same skills that help someone confidently look at their bank account can help them negotiate a salary, start a business, leave an unhealthy situation, invest for the future, or create a life they truly want. Money is simply one place to practice.

We believe transformation happens through awareness, practice, and consistent action.

Our Approach

Thryve is built on the belief that information alone does not create change, confidence does.

Our approach combines behavioral science, financial wellness, and supportive accountability to help women move from financial stress and avoidance toward confidence and action. We meet people where they are, remove judgment from the process, and focus on small, meaningful behaviors that compound over time.

Learn what drives your behavior.

Practice new ways of thinking and responding.

Apply those skills in everyday life.

Grow into the person you want to become.

Apply

Whether it's asking for a raise, starting a business, paying off debt, or investing…You'll begin to apply what you’ve learned and practiced.

Practice

Learning isn't enough. Real change happens through practice. Through simple exercises, you'll begin building self-trust and building new habits.

Learn

We help you learn how your thoughts, emotions, habits, and beliefs influence your decisions especially around money.

Money is rarely ever just about the numbers…

For many women, financial stress isn't caused by a lack of intelligence or effort. It's driven by uncertainty, avoidance, overwhelm, and the emotional weight money carries.

The financial wellness industry has traditionally focused on education.
We focus on behavior.

Because lasting change happens when people feel safe, confident, and supported enough to take action.

Meet the Founder

Thryve was founded by Nina Harrell, a consumer behavior strategist, marketing executive, and entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience studying how people make decisions, form habits, and take action.

Throughout her career, Nina helped businesses grow by understanding what drives human behavior. But over time, she became increasingly fascinated by a different question: why do intelligent, capable people continue to struggle with money even when they have access to information?

The answer wasn't financial literacy.

Again and again, the research pointed to something deeper: confidence, stress, emotional conditioning, and the behaviors that shape financial decision-making.

Thryve was created from that insight.

Today, Thryve combines behavioral science, financial wellness, and technology to help women build lasting financial confidence not through more information, but through meaningful behavior change.
