Money is rarely ever just about the numbers…
For many women, financial stress isn't caused by a lack of intelligence or effort. It's driven by uncertainty, avoidance, overwhelm, and the emotional weight money carries.
The financial wellness industry has traditionally focused on education.
We focus on behavior.
Because lasting change happens when people feel safe, confident, and supported enough to take action.
Most women don't need more information about money.
They need greater confidence in their decisions. Thryve was created to close the gap between what women know and what they actually feel empowered to do.
We believe financial well-being affects every area of life. That's why Thryve combines practical financial tools, behavioral science, and human support to help women feel more confident, capable, and in control of their financial future.
Our Approach
Thryve is built on the belief that information alone does not create change, confidence does.
Our approach combines behavioral science, financial wellness, and supportive accountability to help women move from financial stress and avoidance toward confidence and action. We meet people where they are, remove judgment from the process, and focus on small, meaningful behaviors that compound over time.
Meet the Founder
Thryve was founded by Nina Harrell, a consumer behavior strategist, marketing executive, and entrepreneur with more than a decade of experience studying how people make decisions, form habits, and take action.
Throughout her career, Nina helped businesses grow by understanding what drives human behavior. But over time, she became increasingly fascinated by a different question: why do intelligent, capable people continue to struggle with money even when they have access to information?
The answer wasn't financial literacy.
Again and again, the research pointed to something deeper: confidence, stress, emotional conditioning, and the behaviors that shape financial decision-making.
Thryve was created from that insight.
Today, Thryve combines behavioral science, financial wellness, and technology to help women build lasting financial confidence not through more information, but through meaningful behavior change.
